Refunds and Returns policy

Thank you for shopping with US Cap Wholesale. We strive to provide high-quality custom baseball caps and hats to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains how you can return items, the conditions for returns, and the process for refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Custom Products:

  • Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Defective or incorrect custom products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Custom Products:

  • Non-custom products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.

  3. Shipping: Securely package the product and include the RMA number. Ship the product to the following address:

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect custom products, US Cap Wholesale will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For non-custom products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 5 business days of receiving the product.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved returns for non-custom products will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • For defective or incorrect custom products, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Exceptions

  • Items marked as final Factory leftover stock products, sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Any products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
